I have to be careful with semantics;
my mind plays dreadful tricks:
when I read
- an hour’s exercise a day
was well advised,
I made it mandatory, to: - walk and imitate Joe Wicks.
- Cooking, follow Jack Monroe.
- Home school & work from 8,
- Not to forget to meditate.
But now I’ve found my way.
Every other day’s ok.
